The first four vintages (2012 – 2015) of this delicious BC wine sold out, and the 2016 vintage is sure to follow suit! Made from 100% organic Syrah grapes and harvested at 3.1 tonnes per acre, this off-dry Syrah rosé has a rich complexity of flavours and the irresistible scent of a homemade strawberry-rhubarb pie. Clusters were hand-sorted, cold-soaked and pressed to tank for cold settling with a mere three hours of skin contact to impart both spectacular flavour and stunning colour. They were then fermented in stainless steel for four months to create our Syrah Rosé.
This BC wine, bursting with fragrant aromatics, flavours of strawberries, and hints of pepper and spice, ensures perfect pairing with barbecued and grilled meats, pork, salads and seafood dishes.
